Oorspronkelijk afkomstig, voor zover na te gaan, uit Nederhemert, Noord-Brabant. Later richting Schiedam / Rotterdam getrokken. Mijn vader, Pieter Vos, geboren 26-9-1919 te Rotterdam, overleden op 19-3-1997 te Gorinchem. Gehuwd met Johanna Dirkje Kant, geboren 28-12-1922 te Woudrichem, overleden op 25-6-2010 te Gorinchem. Ik, Dick Vos ben in de stamboom gekomen tot 1750. Het wordt nu lastiger zoeken.
